What the application does
Family Health brings authorized records and personal uploads into a member-specific library. It helps users review laboratory results and trends, prescriptions, allergies, immunizations, medical history, original reports, and explicitly linked visits. Personal notes and confirmed medication use remain separate from clinical source records.
The application preserves original source files and record versions. A partial or unavailable connection is not presented as a complete medical history.
Access belongs to the individual
Connected-provider access is based on patient authorization and the permissions supported by the provider. Clinical FHIR access is read-only. Family accounts receive access only to the members explicitly granted by the administrator.
Users must be the individual concerned or have appropriate authority to act for them. This is a private family service, not open public registration.
Provider connections
Connections depend on each provider's supported services and the patient's authorization. Epic / MyChart integration is being prepared and is not yet available in the application. Registration of an application does not itself guarantee access to any hospital's records.
Family Health is independently operated and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Epic or a healthcare provider.
Chinese reading assistance
The application includes separate Chinese reading aids for selected report conclusions, clinician instructions, and medication directions. Where enabled, necessary excerpts may be sent to an external GPT service through an operator-managed proxy after local checks for direct identifiers. These excerpts can still contain sensitive health information.
